Key Responsibilities May Include:
| Analyze and define business requirements, develop business process mapping, and conduct gap analysis |
| Siebel development using Siebel Tools, eScript, Siebel VB, SQL, and other methods |
| Troubleshoot and analyze system errors and resolve development issues |
| Design, configure, and test Siebel using Siebel tools and its components such as eScript, Siebel VB, business components, applets, views, picklist, MVG applet, etc) |
| Analyze business requirements , design and develop the most efficient solution |
| Assist with integration and data migration definition configuration Siebel |
Minimum Qualifications:
| Siebel 7 experience is mandatory, Siebel 7.8 is preferred |
| Minimum 1 year Siebel configuration and application design experience |
| Minimum 1 year functional and technical design experience |
| Expert in Siebel Configuration utilizing Siebel Tools |
| Expert in Siebel Navigation and Siebel User Interface |
| Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills |
| Outstanding teamwork skills |
| Keen attention to detail |
| Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities |
| Strong technical foundation including; structured programming - C++, Java, etc., understanding of relational database concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc. |
| A Bachelors and/or a Masters Degree or equivalent |
| U.S. Citizen |
Preferred Qualifications:
| Certified in Siebel 7.5, 7.7, or 7.8 |
| A proven functional/technical professional with at least two or more full lifecycle Siebel implementations and three or more years of industry and/or consulting experience |
| A proven functional/technical professional with at least two or more full lifecycle Siebel implementations and three or more years of industry and/or consulting experience |
| Extensive experience implementing Siebel (7.5, 7.7, or 7.8) |
| Ability to describe how to build technical designs from functional designs |
| Expert in Siebel’s data model and an understanding of a relational database |
| Exposure to Siebel Workflow and Assignment Manager |
| Understanding of EAI, EIM and how Siebel interacts with different legacy systems |
| Proficient in the additional functionality of the Siebel Application (how it interacts with Actuate, CTI, Analytics, etc) |
