Key Responsibilities May Include:
| Gather business requirements for real-time and batch data migration and integrations definition and application development |
| Design and develop Siebel integration using EAI such as using business service, workflow, integration objects, xml, web services, and Siebel adaptors |
| Design and develop data migration using EIM and SQL |
| Produce Siebel test plans/scenarios, develop scripts and execute unit testing of Siebel integration |
| Achieves high level of customer satisfaction and communication with the Siebel CRM business owners and IT staff |
Minimum Qualifications:
| Siebel 7.7 experience is mandatory, Siebel 7.8 is preferred |
| Minimum of 2 year Siebel integration design and development experience |
| Minimum of 2 year functional and technical design experience |
| Expert in designing real-time and batch integration using Siebel Workflow, Business Service, EIM, and XML |
| Minimum of 2-3 years experience in relational database skills, preferably Oracle, required for reviewing and evaluating complex operational queries |
| Understanding of Enterprise Service Bus and Service Oriented Architecture |
| Expert in Siebel Navigation, the Siebel User Interface, and Siebel Tools |
| Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills |
| Outstanding teamwork skills |
| Keen attention to detail |
| Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities |
| Strong technical foundation including; structured programming - C++, Java, etc., understanding of relational database concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc |
| A Bachelors and/or a Masters Degree or equivalent |
| U.S. Citizen |
Preferred Qualifications:
| Certified in Siebel 7.5, 7.7, or 7.8 |
| A proven functional/technical professional with at least two or more full lifecycle Siebel implementations and three or more years of industry and/or consulting experience |
| Extensive experience implementing Siebel (7.5, 7.7, or 7.8) |
| Ability to describe how to build technical designs from functional designs |
| Expert in Siebel’s data model and an understanding of a relational database |
| Exposure to Siebel Workflow and Assignment Manager |
| Technical knowledge and best practices of Siebel configuration and customizations |
| Experience in preparing, writing and reviewing system documentation |
