Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced and highly motivated MDM, BI Solution Architect. This Solution Architect will be responsible in assisting our client to formulate its MDM and BI strategy roadmap identifying the *As-Is* condition and craft the *To-Be* MDM, BI strategy and solution architecture . This person will provide standards, guidelines, processes, and expertise to consistently address strategic enterprise master data issues and provide knowledge of enterprise master data strategies and best practices.
The ideal candidate must have experience in a strategic consultative role and must be able to provide solution architecture around Informatica Siperian MDM, Information ETL and OBIEE. The ideal candidate should also be able to gather, understand and validate requirements/information during discovery/fact finding sessions, and participate in discussions that are both technical and non-technical and make recommendations accordingly.
You must possess excellent presentation, communication and reporting skills and be able to independently manage design discussions and technical coordination with key stakeholders from client and other teams of the program.system functionality, and ensure that results meet established needs, goals, and timeline.
Qualifications:
| Experience in MDM and BI strategy and technology implementation. |
| Organization design for Data Governance and Master Data Organizations including, establishing Data Governance processes, roles and responsibilities across multiple business units. |
| Experience in architecting Master Data solutions that integrate multiple systems and data through application consolidation/ migration / conversion, application integration and data integration. |
| Expertise in Data Modeling & Data Administration Tools (Erwin, Designer/2000, Rational Rose, Power Designer, Embarcadero, System Architect. |
| Strong project management and delivery experience leading large scale Information Management/Enterprise Data Management engagements through all phases of the project lifecycle including: requirements gathering, business case development, estimating, planning, application and architecture design, application and architecture development and all phases of testing. |
| Business process design for managing Master Data throughout the lifecycle, including data quality, metadata and workflow technologies. |
| 2-3 full cycle MDM implementations. |
| Expert knowledge using Informatica Siperian. |
| Data warehouse and Business Intelligence Solution Architect with experience in implementing Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) and pre-built BI analytics. |
| Expert knowledge using Informatica ETL. |
| Experience with Oracle ERP. |
| Consulting background required. |
| Excellent customer support skills. |
| Exceptional communication and presentation skills. |
| Bachelors and/or a Masters Degree or equivalent. |
